Using Cutout AI
You may use Cutout AI to edit images you own or have permission to edit. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes someone else's rights.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity carried out under your account. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.
Credits and plans
Free accounts include a monthly credit allowance. A credit is used when a cutout is saved to your library. Paid plans are not yet available for purchase; pricing shown is indicative.
Your content
You keep all rights to the images you process. Saved images are stored privately against your account and are not used to train models or shown to anyone else.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific cutout quality for every image.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
